**Returns**  
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging.

**Refunds**  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items**  
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at support@fidjoy.com with photos — we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

**Shipping Costs**  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
